Merry Christmas...

The Griffith's would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas! I'm sure there will be Christmas pictures posted soon. We hope that everyone has been just as blessed this year as we have; and will continue to blessed in the New Year!

12 month well child visit

So yesterday Trae and I went for his 12 month check-up. All is well. Trae weighed 20lbs 8ozs. Which is only a 1lb gain in 3 months. His weight went from 25% to 10%, so he dropped off of his curve. Dr. Hay says this is normal at this age because he is becoming more active. He is 29". This is about 45-50%. Also, last time we went his iron was borderline. I asked if they would re check it, and they did. It went from 10 to 13. This was great news. Overall, Trae is doing great. We will go back at 15 months.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Trae turned 1 on Saturday, the 6th. We celebrated by having a birthday party at my mom's and dad's. Both sides of the family were able to attend. We had a great time. I think Trae did too. I'm not really sure if he knew what was going on most of the time. I think he had a little stimulation overload some of the time.

He is truely blessed to have so many people who love him. He received soooo many wonderful gifts. I think the biggest hit was the musical reindeer that my mom and dad got him. A close second would be the musical animal train from Grandma Pam and/or the rocking horse from his Papa.
